Dear City Manager Duhaney:
I am extremely disappointed to see the Tuesday, July 28 Agenda include the August 18 Thalia Rd Partners Rezoning.
1) Why is this on the July 28 City Manager Briefing three weeks before its schedule for Citizens to speak to Council August 18?
2) What Equal time & graphics do the Thalia Citizens opposed to this get presented?
3) This appears to be a way to sell the 261 units/339 bedrooms for up to 678 residents so why is Planning Department Director giving preferential treatment to Thalia Rd Developers? Where is the EQUAL presentation time for Citizens opposed to Thalia neighborhood being inundated with a high density of 678 residents (HUD Regulation for an occupancy allow 2 per bedroom) ??
